Jeremiah 49:36
'I will bring upon Elam the four winds From the four ends of heaven, And will scatter them to all these winds;And there will be no nationTo which the outcasts of Elam will not go.

Ezekiel 37:9
Then He said to me, "Prophesy to the breath, prophesy, son of man, and say to the breath, 'Thus says the Lord GOD, "Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe on these slain, that they come to life."'"

Revelation 7:1

I've always understood "four winds" to mean the same as "all directions".

Likewise "four corners", also means "all directions".
