It seems to be just some lone nut, to be honest. The reasoning is in the DVD he has. No sales, just him telling you how he personally sent it to some specific world leaders and links for you to download and burn it for free if you would like. This is someone out on their own desperately seeking followers, I don't think this guy is representative of all muslims. The title "Muslims claim 666 as divine number" definitely doesn't fit this story.
